Ever since I took that first art history class in the summer of '99, I have dreamed about visiting Italy to see the work of the masters, particularly Michelangelo and Leonardo Di Vinci. Well, in a few hours I will get on a plane to carry out this long awaited desideratum ( I think that is how you use that word). One that I dreamed about during those air conditioned lectures Mr. Seed narrated in an auditorium at the gracious Mt. San Jacinto Community College.

Today was a stressful day. Getting everything ready at work, then coming home and getting everything ready. I just finished packing my bags. I thought I would tell you about the grueling events of the day, but alas, I am too tuckered to tell tales. So it is off to bed for me. My intention is to write frequently whilst on this trip to provide you with a slight taste of my adventures. Stay tuned...
